Car park for visitors

Acces to the car park

You can park your car at Q-Park at Boulevard Pacheco 7, 1000 Brussels.

  • On the day of your meeting, you enter the car park using your bank card.
  • Walk to the Galilee building: Avenue Galilée 5, 1210 Brussels (eight-minute walk).
  • Present yourself at the reception desk on the ground floor to collect your voucher. With this voucher you will be able to leave the car park later.
  • When you drive out of the parking lot, first insert the voucher and then your bank card. The barrier will open. The payment terminal will indicate an amount of €0 to be paid.

If you do not have your QR code at hand:

  • go to the digital reception desk opposite the entrance of the Galilee building;
  • use your eID (Belgian electronic identity card) to log and print out a new QR code;
  • if you experience any problems, go to the staff at the reception desk, to the right of the entrance.

Meetings at the Galilee building

Congress centre

  • Your meeting room is in zone A (ground floor)
    • Stay on the ground floor.
    • Walk past the reception desk.
    • Open the gates at the right side of the building with your QR code.
  • Your meeting room is in zones B to G (first floor)
    • Go to the first floor using the large staircase at the left of the entrance.
    • You can always ask for assistance at the reception desk on the first floor.
  • Your meeting room is in zone H (second floor)
    • Go to the first floor using the large staircase at the left of the entrance.
    • Follow the arrows indicating 'meeting rooms H' to the door and stairs to the second floor.
    • Follow the arrows passing the restaurant to zone H.

Before and after the meeting
Before or after the meeting, you can always wait in one of the landing areas of our media lounge (on the ground floor, to the right of the reception desk) or on the first floor.

Your meeting takes place outside the opening hours of the building

  • The Galilee building is open from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.
  • For meetings starting after 8 p.m., you will only be able to access the building one hour before the beginning of the meeting at the earliest.

Wi-Fi for visitors

  • Wi-Fi is available in the whole building.
  • Look for 'Health-guest' among the available networks.
  • Please follow the instructions.
  • Enter the code you receive via text message (SMS).

Visitors with reduced mobility

  • If you come by car, you can park it in the car park in the Avenue Galilée, at basement level -01. The entrance to the car park is to the left of the entrance to the building, Avenue Galilée 5, 1210 Brussels. The exit of the car park is in the Rue Brialmont. Once you have parked your car, you can take the elevator to the ground floor, where you will find the reception desk.
  • If you did not come by car, you enter via the main entrance on Avenue Galilée 5, 1210 Brussels. If using the revolving door is difficult, please ring the bell to the right of the entrance.
  • The reception staff (main entrance) will gladly help you.

Breastfeeding facilities

  • A breastfeeding room is located on the first floor. You can book the room at the reception desk (on the ground floor or first floor).
  • The following equipment is present in the room:
    • hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands when entering the room,
    • a recliner,
    • a fridge,
    • a washbasin with hot and cold water,
    • soaps and wipes,
    • disinfecting gel and paper towels to disinfect the table and chairs.
  • Only one person at a time may be present in the room. The sign at the door indicates whether the room is free or occupied.
